胃肿瘤导致消化功能不全的手术临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的：研究手术治疗胃肿瘤导致消化功能不全的疗效。方法选取2012年3月到2014年5月太原市中心医院收治的胃肿瘤导致消化功能不全患者80例，采取腹腔镜下胃肿瘤根治手术，手术全程患者为全身麻醉的经腹手术。结果80例胃肿瘤导致消化功能不全患者中显效43例，有效25例，无效12例，总治疗有效率为85％，且其各项症状评分及总评分有明显下降，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论对胃肿瘤导致消化功能不全患者采用切除胃肿瘤手术并配合相应的药物治疗对缓解患者病情、加快患者康复具有积极的意义，在临床上值得广泛推广。Objective To investigate the effect of surgery on digestive dysfunction caused by gastric cancer. Methods From March 2012 to May 2014, 80 patients with digestive dysfunction caused by gastric cancer in our hospital were chosen, taking radical laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery, the patient throughout the entire surgery for abdominal sur-gery under general anesthesia.Results Among the 80 cases, cured in 43 cases, effective in 25 cases, ineffective in 12 cases, and the total effective rate was 85%, and its symptom score and total score reduced significantly, and there was sig-nificant difference in the situation with that before treatment.Conclusions Resected gastric cancer surgery treatment com-bined with the appropriate medication for dysfunction caused by gastric cancer, helps to alleviate the condition of patients and accelerate recovery rate, so it should be popularized in clinical practice.
