摘  要:采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC),研究初始质量浓度1μg·m L-1二硫氰基甲烷在不同温度、p H值、COD值水体条件下的消除规律.结果表明:在5~35℃水温范围内,二硫氰基甲烷的消除速率为:V35℃〉V25℃〉V15℃〉V5℃,35℃水体中,第20天二硫氰基甲烷未被检出.在p H 5.0~9.0的水中二硫氰基甲烷的平均消除速率为:Vp H9.0〉Vp H8.5〉Vp H8.0〉Vp H7.5〉Vp H7.0〉Vp H6.5〉Vp H6.0〉Vp H5.5〉Vp H5.0,平均消除速率随着p H值的升高而变大,酸性条件下稳定,不易分解,p H≥8.0的弱碱性条件下极易分解.在COD值为0~30 mg·L-1的水中二硫氰基甲烷的平均消除速率表现为:V30 mg·L-1〉V20 mg·L-1〉V10 mg·L-1〉V0 mg·L-1,二硫氰基甲烷的消除速率随着COD值的增大而变大.The elimination effect of methylene dithiocyanate (the initial concentration 1 μg · mL^-1 ) at different temperature, pH and COD in water was determined using UPLC method. The results showed that the average elimination rate of methylene dithiocyanate increased with the increase of temperature, i.e. , 1:35 ℃ 〉 V25℃〉 V15℃〉 1/5 ℃ in the temperatures range of 5 to 35 ℃, but had not been detected after 20 days in the 35 ℃ water. In the water of pH5.0 to 9.0, The result of the average elimination rate of methylene dithiocyanate was same with temperature related to different pH (5.0-9.0) ,i. e., Vpn9.0 〉 VpH8.5 〉 VpH8.0 〉 VpH7.5 〉 VpH7.0 〉 Vpn6.5 〉 Vpa6.0 〉 VpH5.5 〉 VpH5.0 Methylene dithiocyanate is very stable under acid condition, but when the pH is 8.0 or higher, the elimination rate of methylene dithiocyanate was fast. In the water of COD concentration range of 0 nag · L-1 to 30 mg · L-1 ,The order of average elimination rate was: V30mg·L-1 〉 V20mg·L-1 〉 V10mg·L-1 〉 V0mg·L-1 ,and also increased with the increase of COD value.
