摘　　要：文章在全面分析BALIS原文传递服务评估现状的基础上,结合BALIS原文传递服务体系特点,建立了BALIS原文传递服务评估模式,运用定性与定量结合的方法,对BALIS原文传递服务进行科学评估,具有重要的参考和推广价值。This article makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of document delivery service evaluation, and combined with the characteristics of the original BALLS transfer service system, establishes the BALLS document delivery service evaluation pattern, and applies the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to scientifically evaluate the original delivery service of BALLS, which has important reference and popularization value.
