移动互联时代用户信息行为视角下的图书馆信息服务创新研究

摘　　要：移动互联网时代,移动用户的信息行为成为图书馆服务创新的新的出发点,在阐述用户行为内涵的基础上,分析移动互联网用户行为的影响因素主要有主体因素、客体因素及环境因素。对移动互联网用户信息搜索行为、信息浏览行为、信息选择行为和信息使用行为进行分析,并从优化信息检索、加强终端建设、深化服务内容、定制个性化服务等方面提出了图书馆信息服务的创新策略。Network user＇s information behavior is the starting point of service innovation of library in the age of mobile Internet. Based on elaborating user＇s information behavior, the article analyzes information searching behavior, information browsing behavior, information choice behavior, information using behavior of mobile Internet users, and hereby puts forward library information service innovation strategies, such as optimization of information retrieval, the construction of the terminal, extention of the service content, personalized custom services and so on.
