摘 要:运用机电阻抗与超声导波技术,结合数据融合算法,实现了复合材料梁结构的损伤定位研究.首先,利用2种方法各自的损伤监测特点,提出了一种综合损伤指数的数据融合算法,用于表征结构的变化情况;其次,运用2种方法单独进行损伤评估,均可以实现损伤在较大范围内的定位,但定位不准确;最后,运用综合损伤指数对结构损伤进行表征.结果表明:这种通过数据融合得到的综合损伤指数能较为准确地识别缺陷所在位置,实现了损伤的定位评估.Based on the electromechanical impedance and ultrasonic guided waves technologies,the location of damage in the composite beam was achieved by combining the data fusion arithmetic. Firstly,using respective characteristics of damage monitoring of the two methods,a kind of arithmetic called synthesized damage index was proposed to represent variations of tested structure. Location of damages in large region could be achieved with the two methods respectively. However the result was not accurate enough. Finally,the synthesized damage index was used to represent damages. The result shows that the location of damages can be recognized accurately with the synthesized damage index which is achieved by using data fusion. The damage location assessment is achieved.
