摘　　要：上海东冠纸业与南通华严磨片研究中心协作探索优化打浆方式和磨浆机磨片,采用Broom finTM扫帚鳍多元合金磨片,改混合打浆为分别打浆,提高纸张柔软性和拉力,并取得明显的节能成效,为生活纸的生产过程优化提供了理论和实践借鉴。Shanghai Dongguan Paper, cooperated with Nantong Huayan Refiner Plates Research Center, explored how to optimize the refining mode and refiner plates. Application of a Broom finTM multi-alloy refiner plates, changed mixing beating to separate beating, improving paper softness and tensile strength, and achieving significant effect for energy savings, which provides a practical reference for toilet paper production process optimization.
