摘 要:随着柔性直流输电技术与大功率电力电子技术的发展,高压直流输电技术得到了不断地发展,而高压直流断路器已成为限制直流电网发展的主要瓶颈问题之一。现有的机械式高压直流断路器能够在几十ms内断开电路,但对于高压直流输电系统,远不能达到要求。采用高速电磁斥力机构作为机械开关的操动机构能够克服上述缺点。文中对以电磁斥力机构作为操动机构的强制过零型高压直流断路器的拓扑结构和工作原理进行了详细介绍,并针对其工作原理,提出控制需求,进而对其控制单元进行了研究。最后在自研的40.5 k V强制过零型高压直流断路器单元样机上对所研究的控制单元的实用性进行了验证。With the development of flexible DC transmission technology and high-power electronic technology, theHVDC transmission technology has been developed continuously, while HVDC circuit breaker is one of the majordifficulties. Existing mechanical HVDC circuit breakers are capable of interrupting HVDC currents within severaltens of milliseconds, but this is too slow to fulfill the requirements of a reliable HVDC grid. Using high speedelectromagnetic repulsion mechanism as the operating mechanism of the breaker can overcome this problem. Thetopology and principle of forced zero HVDC circuit breaker with electromagnetic repulsion mechanism isintroduced in detail A control unit is studied based on the principle of forced zero HVDC circuit breaker. At last,an experiment is conducted on our own unit prototype of the forced zero HVDC circuit breaker, which verified thepracticability of the control unit.
