摘 要:在边界润滑条件下,对高强度双相DP780钢板进行了销-盘式摩擦试验,研究了在不同界面载荷条件下DP780钢板与DC53模具材料之间的摩擦系数,建立了基于不同载荷的变摩擦系数模型,并对DP780钢U形件的成形过程进行数值模拟和实际冲压试验,比较了恒定摩擦系数模型和变摩擦系数模型条件下回弹量的预测结果与测量值的误差.结果表明:DP780钢板与模具材料的摩擦系数随着界面载荷的增大而减小;采用变摩擦系数模型可以有效提高冲压成形中回弹量的预测精度.The friction coefficient at different normal loads between DP780 sheet and selected DC53 die was investigated using pin-disc tester under boundary lubrication condition.A variable friction coefficient model based on different normal pressures was established and the forming of U-shape stamping was numerically simulated using the constant friction coefficient model and variable friction coefficient model.The simulated springback values were compared with those of stamped parts.The results indicate that the friction coefficient of DP780 decreases with the increase of the normal load in boundary lubrication,and that the established friction model in this paper can improve the accuracy of numerical simulation of springback in stamping.
