摘　　要：提出了一种基于熔池尾部图像特征的三明治板激光焊焊偏移状态检测方法,在无外加光源的条件下拍摄熔池尾部图像,利用改进的Snake算法提取熔池尾部边缘图像,计算3个熔池图像特征参数熔池尾部的长度、面积以及熔池在入射激光两侧的面积差.结果表明:3个熔池图像特征参数易于提取计算,且其随入射激光偏移量的改变而变化明显;随着偏移量增大,由于腹板外侧可熔化金属量及熔池流动状态的影响,使得熔池尾部的长度及面积呈下降的变化趋势,入射激光两侧的熔池面积差逐渐增大;3个熔池图像特征参数可用于三明治板激光焊焊偏状态的在线检测.A novel method for deviation detection based on the weld pool geometry for CO2 laser welding of I-core sandwich plates was investigated in this paper.Based on the weld poolstern images captured by a high speed camera,a modified Snake algorithm was adopted for edge detecting.Moreover,three characteristic parameters,including length and area of the stern of the weld pool and the difference of area between different weld pool parts were calculated.Experimental results demonstrate that the monitoring method based on the characteristics of weld pool stern is convenient,effective and promising in production.
