摘  要:利用复合滤光技术建立熔化极气体保护焊熔池传感试验系统,采用熔池自身辐射被动法采集焊接过程的熔池图像,采用中心波长670nm的滤光片以有效抑制弧光干扰并获取清晰的熔池图像,开发出熔池轮廓提取及其特征参数计算的图像处理程序;针对焊偏量、焊接电流和装配间隙进行单因素焊接试验,采用SPSS统计分析软件分析各因素水平下的熔池特征参数.结果表明:熔池形态与焊接质量之间存在密切关系;通过对熔池形态的监测,可以实现对焊偏量以及焊接质量的实时监测.A gas metal arc welding(GMAW)welding pool sensing test system was built using the CCD camera and composite filter technology.Using the pool radiation as illuminant,the welding molten pool images were collected by the passive method.The filter with a center wavelength of 670 nm can effectively reduce the interference of electric arc to obtain a clear image of the welding pool.The calculation and extraction of molten pool image parameters processing program was developed.A series of single-factor experiments were conducted to clarify the influence of the three factors,namely welding deviation,current and size of welding gap.The SPSS statistical method was used to analyze the characteristic parameters of the molten pool under different conditions.The result shows that the welding quality is closely related to the shape of molten pool.Therefore,by monitoring the molten pool form,real-time monitoring of the welding deviation and quality of welding process can be achieved.
