摘  要:研究了不同蠕化率条件下蠕墨铸铁在不同载荷下的耐磨性能。结果表明,随着蠕化率的增大,蠕墨铸铁的抗磨损性能降低。蠕化率为50%~60%时,随着载荷的增加,蠕墨铸铁磨损机制由磨粒磨损转变为磨粒磨损和黏着磨损的混合形式。蠕化率为80%~90%时,随着载荷的增加,蠕墨铸铁的磨损机制最终几乎全部转变为表面疲劳磨损。The wear properties of the compacted graphite iron under different vermicularities and loads were investigated.The results show that the wear resistance of the compacted graphite iron decreases with the increase of the vermicularity.The wear mechanism of the compacted graphite iron transforms from abrasive wear to mixed wears of abrasive wear and adhesive wear with the increase of the load in the vermicularity of 50% ~60%.Furthermore,the wear mechanism of the compacted graphite iron transforms to nearly entire surface fatigue wear with the increase of the load in the vermicularity of 80%~90%.
