摘  要:某气田引压管在使用过程中发生了开裂,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析以及化学分析方法等对开裂引压管表面形貌、横向与纵向的微观组织、腐蚀形貌、断口表面垢物化学成分进行观察与分析。结果表明,引压管的化学成分满足标准要求,微观组织为奥氏体,且沿轧制方向存在带状分布的夹杂物。引压管表面存在较多的宏观裂纹,断口微观形貌表明裂纹属于穿晶开裂,存在分叉"湖泊"状形貌,断口形貌特征为河流状的解理花样。原料气中所含的硫、氯共同作用导致引压管发生应力腐蚀开裂。A press-leading tube cracked during normal running conditions at a certain gas field.The optical microscope,scan electric microscope,chemical analysis method and energy analysis were used to investigate the microstructure,corrosion appearance,and chemical composition to analyze the crack reason of the press-leading tube.The results show that the chemical composition of press-leading tube meet the requirement of 316 L standard.The main phase is austenite,and there are some inclusions with zonal distribution along the forging direction.There are many macro-cracks on the outside surface of press-leading tube.The micro-appearance of crack indicates that the crack belonged to transgranular cracking.There is "lake" shape crack appearing during the extension of the crack.The fracture morphology characteristic is cleavage river pattern.The synergy of sulphur ions and chloride ion,which are coming from the feed gas,are the main reason for the stress corrosion cracking of the press-leading tube.
