摘 要:研究了后注浆灌注桩管道的拉伸性能、弯曲性能、断裂韧性以及显微结构。结果表明,灌注桩管道的横向力学性能与纵向力学性能的波动范围相当,体现出了较好的管道均匀性。不论是在1倍还是2倍的弯曲直径下,试样的表面都没有发现明显的裂纹,弯曲性能较好。施工现场的管道在-20℃下的冲击功都满足了管道标准的要求,并未达到韧脆性转变温度,在低温下具有良好的韧性。The tensile property,bending property,fracture toughness and microstructures of the post grouting pile pipe were investigated.The results show that the fluctuation ranges of the transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties of pile pipe are similar,which indicates the mechanical properties of the pipeline is well uniform.No obvious cracks are observed on the surface of the specimen whether under 1 times or 2 times of the bending diameter in size,indicating the bending performance is good.The impact power of the pipeline from engineering site at-20 ℃ meets the requirements of the pipeline standard,which has not reached the value at ductile-brittle transition temperature,and it is testified that pipeline has a good toughness at low temperature.
