摘  要:介绍了中频炉生产过程中产生的能量损耗类型,并通过改进供电电路实现中频炉的效率提高;设计了半桥串联谐振逆变电路,该电路能降低电感应线圈中的电流、提高进线功率因数、具有较好的滤波功能,从而能够降低电感应线圈铜耗和电气设备附加损耗;以某铸造企业实例验证,该串联电炉比传统并联电炉效率提高14.5%,实现了中频炉节能降耗。The types of energy loss of intermediate frequency furnace in production process were introduced.To improve the efficiency of intermediate frequency furnace through power supply circuit,the half bridge series resonant inverter circuit was designed.The circuit can reduce the electric induction coil current,improve power factor and has better filtering,so that it can reduce the copper consumption in electric induction coil and the additional loss in electrical equipment.Taking a foundry as verified examples,the electric furnace efficiency of the series electric furnace is 14.5% higher than that of the traditional parallel furnace,realizing energy-saving consumption of intermediate frequency furnace.
