摘  要:大型系列皮带轮,采用传统的底注顶冒口工艺,铸件存在大小不等的夹杂类铸造缺陷,废品率在30%以上。为了消除铸件缺陷,按照均衡凝固大孔出流理论重新设计浇冒口系统,底注加顶注,加大浇口截面积,快浇,缩小冒口颈,缺陷得以消除,铸件加工后无废品。生产实践表明均衡凝固大孔出流理论设计铸件浇冒口系统,比传统理论设计方法更有利于保证铸件质量。In the production of large pulleies,the gate and riser system of the castings was designed according to traditional theory,but there were many inclusion defects in all the castings.Reject ratio was more than 30%.In order to eliminate casting defects,the gate and riser system of the castings was renew designed according to proportional solidification theory,the defects were eliminated.The practices show that the proportional solidification theory is better than traditional theory to ensure the casting quality.
