摘　　要：在分析了铝合金活塞铸件金属型铸造工艺的基础上,采用三维软件Pro/E完成了金属型模具的主体设计,提高了模具设计效率。所设计的模具结构合理,解决了铸件的充型及取出等问题,保证了铸件质量。Based on analyzing the permanent mold casting process for manufacturing aluminum alloy piston,Pro/E software was used to complete the design of main metallic die.The designed die structure was reasonably to solve the problems about mold filling and removing,which can casting and ensure the quality of castings.
