摘  要:目的探讨生殖免疫抗体在女性复发性流产诊治中的临床意义。方法 2013年8月至2014年7月在四川省妇幼保健院生殖医学中心就诊的复发性流产患者212例作为研究组,孕前检查女性526例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附方法(ELISA)检测生殖免疫抗体,比较两组生殖免疫抗体检测阳性率的差异。结果研究组抗HCG抗体(anti-h CG antibody,AHCGAb)、抗精子抗体(anti-sperm antibody,As Ab)、抗卵巢抗体(anti-ovarian antibody,AOVAb)、抗子宫内膜抗体(anti-endometrial antibody,AEMAb)、抗心磷脂抗体(anti-cardiolipin antibody-Ig G,ACA-Ig G)阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各年龄段生殖免疫抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生殖免疫抗体检测在女性复发性流产诊治中有重要临床意义,ACA-Ig G是最重要的免疫影响因素,有必要对复发性流产女性进行检测和治疗。Objective To explore the clinical values of reproductive autoantibodies in the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent miscarriage. Methods From August 2013 to July 2014,212 women with recurrent spontaneous abortion who were treated in our hospital were used as study group. At the same time,526 women with preconception examination were used as control group. The reproductive autoantibodies were measured by using ELISAs,and the positive rate was compared between the two groups. Results The positive rate in anti-h CG antibody( AHCGAb),anti-sperm antibody( As Ab),anti-ovarian antibody( AOVAb),anti-endometrial antibody( AEMAb),anti-cardiaolipin andibody-Ig G( ACA-Ig G) in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group( all P〈0. 05). However,there were no significant differences in positive rates of reproductive autoantibodies in the participants with various ages( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The detection of the reproductive autoantibodies has important a clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. ACA is the most important influence factor. It is necessary to detect it when women with recurrent spontaneous abortion are being treated.
