摘　　要：以天津口岸进境肉类实际情况为例,介绍一种以"互联网+"和数据库为基础的进口肉类产品无纸化通关新模式,实现了现场查验无纸化、结果登记实时化、数据库系统便捷化、业务协作智能化、信息管理电子化,既满足了进口肉类快速通关的需求,又能保证货物安全通关,保障人民群众的食品安全,也为深化关检"三个一"工作、应对国际贸易壁垒风险做了探索工作。In combination with the situation of imported meat in Tianjin port, a paperless customs clearance mode based on ＂Internet ＋＂ and data base was introduced, achieved the paperless field inspection, constantly registration, convenient data base, intelligent business collaboration and electronic information management. The mode can satisfy the need for fast speed of the imported meat clearance,and can ensure the safety of cargo customs clearance and food safety. It makes some exploration work in＂three ones＂ with Customs and coping with the international trade barriers.
