摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合臭氧注射治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选取2013年9月～2015年3月之间我院收治的90例肩周炎患者，采用数字表法随机分为实验组和对照组各45例；对照组应用臭氧痛点注射及肩关节腔内灌注治疗，实验组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射，对比两组患者治疗前后的疼痛评分及临床疗效。结果两组患者较治疗前疼痛评分均显著降低，但实验组患者治疗后的疼痛评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组总有效率为97．8％，显著高于对照组的88．9％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论玻璃酸钠联合臭氧注射治疗肩周炎的疗效确切，能够有效减轻患者的疼痛，改善肩关节功能，相较于单纯应用臭氧治疗更具优势，值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective To explore and investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone injection in treatment of seapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Ninety patients with seapulohumeral periarthritis treated in our hospital during September 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups： the experimental group and the control group, each with 45 patients. Patients in the control group were treated by ozone pain point injection and shoulder joint intracavity perfusion, while on this basis, patients in the experimental group were combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection. The pain scores before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results The pain scores of two groups were both significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, while the pain scores of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those of the control group with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of experimental group was 47.8%, was significantly higher than 88.9% in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is definite therapeutic effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone injection in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis, which can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve the function of shoulder joint. With its advantages over simple application of ozone therapy, this combined therapy is worth to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
