经阴道超声对9例女性直肠癌的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的分析女性直肠癌经阴道超声图像特点，提高经阴道超声对直肠癌诊断的临床价值。方法对2009年6月～2014年6月在我院筛查发现直肠癌的9例女性患者的超声图像特点进行回顾性分析。结果本组9例患者均经过术后或肠镜病理证实，图像改变分为浸润型4例，肿块型3例，隆起型2例。结论经阴道超声诊断直肠癌简便、快捷、无痛苦、准确率高，可以作为女性直肠癌筛查的新方法，为临床诊断提供帮助。Objective To analyze the characteristics of transvaginal ultrasound images of female rectal cancer and to improve the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography on rectal cancer diagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of ultrasound images was conducted among 9 female patients with rectal cancer screened in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2014. Results The nine patients in this study were all confirmed by postoperative or enteroscopy pathological examination and the image changes were classified as 4 infiltrative type, 3 massive type, and 2 protruded type. Conclusion Transvaginal uhrasonography is a simple, convenient, and painless method in diagnosis of rectal cancer with high accuracy rate, which is recommended as a new method in the screening of female rectal cancer and to provide diagnostic basis in clinical practice.
