品管圈活动应用于外来骨科器械清洗中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高外来骨科器械清洗质量、降低返洗率中的作用。方法2014年1-6月，通过成立品管圈小组，进行品管圈知识培训，选定活动主题，进行现状调查，分析外来骨科器械清洗质量出现缺陷的原因，制定5大对策并实施持续质量改进，比较品管圈实施前后外来骨科器械返洗率。结果实施前外来骨科器械返洗率为14．13％，实施后降为5．04％，实施前后比较，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。且品管圈成员在沟通与协调能力、责任心、团队精神、工作积极性、解决问题能力、QCC手法应用方面都有了很大的提高。结论开展品管圈活动不仅能降低外来骨科器械的返洗率，提高器械清洗质量，同时还有利于提高工作效率，增强员工的品质管理和主动解决问题的意识。Objective To explore the effect of implemented quality control circle （QCC） program to improve cleaning quality and reduce rewash rate of loaned orthopedic instruments. Methods From January to June 2014, through establishment the QCC team, conducted QCC knowledge and related training, chosen the program theme, analyzed the reasons of cleaning quality defects of loaned orthopedic instruments with investigations, 5 strategies were developed and implemented in order to continuous washing quality improvement, the rewash rates of loaned orthopedic instruments before and after the implementation of QCC program were compared. Results As a comparison, the return-cleaning rate of loaned orthopedic instruments was decreased with significantly, from 14.13% to 5.04% before and after the implementation（P〈0.01）. Furthermore, abilities of communication and coordination, responsibility, team spirit, enthusiasm for work, problem-solving skills, QC application technique of the QCC members improved greatly after the implementation. Conclusion Implementation with QCC program can not only reduce the rewash rate of loaned orthopedic instruments, improve the cleaning quality of them, but also can help employees to improve work efficiency, enhance the management quality and awareness-raising initiative to solveproblems.
