摘  要:目的研究颈椎康复器结构与生物力学特点及应用。方法采用钛金制作成多块板状材料,根据颈部解剖特点和力学需要,应用不同角度的钛金板组合而成;应用于临床治疗不同类型的颈椎病。选择2008年1月~2015年1月单纯采用康复器治疗病例603例,并采集对照组313例患者进行药物治疗;两组治疗1个月后在颈肩部疼痛、手指麻木、眩晕、耳鸣、肢体无力、高血压临床症状改善各方面进行对比分析。结果康复器研制符合矫正颈椎病理生物力学特点,工艺先进。经临床应用总有效率99.5%,痊愈312例,显效200例,有效88例,3例无效;药物对照组313例患者总有效率79%,对比康复器组疗效较差。结论自行研制的颈椎康复器治疗颈椎病取得显著疗效。Objective To study the structural and biomechanical features and the application of cervical vertebral rehabilitation apparatus. Methods Titanium was used to make multiple blocks of tabular material and the apparatus was assembled using the titanium plates with different angles according to the cervical anatomical features and mechanical requirements. The apparatus was used for the clinical treatment of different types of cervical spondylosis. 603 patients only using rehabilitation apparatus from January 2008 to January 2015 were collected. 313 patients receiving drug treatment were selected as the control group. The improvement of clinical symptoms such as neck and shoulder pain, finger numbness, dizziness, tinnitus, limb weakness and hypertension after one month of treatment of the two groups was analyzed comparatively. Results Rehabilitation apparatus development conformed to the biomechanical features of correcting cervical vertebral pathology and had advanced crafts. Clinical application showed that the total effective rate was 99.5%, including 312 cured patients, 200 remarkably improved patients, 88 effective patients, and 3 ineffective patients. In the control group, the total effective rate was 79%, showing more inferior efficacy than the rehabilitation apparatus group. Conclusion Self-developed cervical vertebral rehabilitation apparatus is able to obtain remarkable efficacy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
