摘　　要：目前的环境、能源状况以及人们生活质量和需求的提高是智能电网出现的必然性。阐述了智能电网的涵义,特征以及智能电网所运用的关键性技术。对国内外智能电网的发展环境和关键技术做出对比分析,阐述了智能电网的发展趋势,指出了综合评价体系的重要性,以及发展分布式发电、智能配电网技术的重要意义,并结合我国的发展现状提出了一些建议。The emergence of smart grid is inevitable for the current environment and energy situation in addition to the improvement of people's living quality and needs.The paper expounds the meaning and characteristic of the smart grid as well as its key technologies,conducts a comparative analysis on the key technologies and development environment of the smart grid at home and abroad,describes its development trends,and points out that comprehensive assessment system and the development of distributed generation and smart distribution grid technologies is ol importance.Besides,the paper makes a number of recommendations for the smart grid combined with the development status in China.
