运用移动互联网优化就医流程的实践研究

摘　　要：为了促进医院就医流程优化,提升患者就医体验,对目前医院就医流程进行分析,定位瓶颈环节,以需求为导向,对医院移动互联网应用功能以及业务场景进行设计,并提出了医院移动互联网应用构建的技术实现架构,阐述了架构中各层次所包含的内容。实际应用效果的分析证明了移动互联网方式对优化就医流程的有效性,并提出了今后在顶层设计、思维方式转变及关键技术实现三个方面努力的方向。In order to promote the hospital process optimization,improve the patient experience,bottleneck in the current medical process time chain is located in this paper.Application functions and scenarios are designed for demand-oriented.Platform architecture of hospital mobile internet application is proposed and content of all layers in the architecture is demonstrated.Actual result proved the effectiveness of this pattern.At last,propose the direction of next step from three aspects including top design,way of thinking and key technology.
