基于TDA的中医药信息学研究趋势与热点分析

摘　　要：目的:根据文献分布、增长规律,探讨1978年以来中医药图书情报学、信息学学科的研究趋势和研究热点,以指导专业期刊办刊。方法:以中国生物医学文献服务系统1978-2012年收录的中医药图书情报学、信息学学科相关研究论文为研究对象,采用Thomson Data Analyzer(TDA)Version 2.1分析软件进行数据筛选,从热点词频、作者发文量、作者地区分布等方面进行文献计量学分析。结果:近5年来跃居前列的关键词包括传染病、流行病学、聚类分析、数据挖掘、Meta分析、系统评价等。作者主要集中在北京、广东、江苏、山东、上海、四川、广西、湖北、河南、辽宁等地。除行业内知名专家外,通过TDA分析还发现了潜在的研究团队。结论:通过TDA可以挖掘出中医药图书情报学、信息学学科研究趋势和热点,发现核心作者,指导专业期刊办刊。Objective：According to literature scattering and growth rules,to explore the research trend and research hotspots of Library and Information Science and Informatics of traditional Chinese medicine since 1978,so as to guide the professional journal editing.Methods：Research papers related to Library and Information Science and Informatics of traditional Chinese medicine collected in the Chinese biomedical literature service system from 1978 to 2012 are the research objects.Thomson Data Analyzer（TDA） Version 2.1analysis software is used for the data screening.The literature metrology analysis is completed from the aspects such as hot word frequency,number of published papers of the author and author region distribution.Results：The top keywords in the past five years include infectious diseases,epidemiology,cluster analysis,data mining,Meta analysis,system evaluation,etc.The authors are mainly concentrated in Beijing,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Shandong,Shanghai,Sichuan,Guangxi,Hubei,He＇ nan,Liaoning and other places.In addition to renowned experts in the industry,potential research teams have been found through TDA analysis.Conclusion：The research trend and research hotspots of Library and Information Science and Informatics of traditional Chinese medicine can be explored,the core authors can be found,and the professional journal editing can be guided by TDA.
