摘　　要：住院摆药的质量和效率直接影响着住院医疗服务质量。通过对现行的住院摆药流程进行分析,探讨当前流程存在的问题,定位导致效率低下的瓶颈所在并对其优化,同时使用责任链模式建立规则库,保证规则发生变化时住院摆药系统的健壮性以及可维护性,并构建以新流程为基础的住院摆药系统。结论:通过优化现行住院摆药流程,形成住院患者用药的医护药协同,提高摆药工作效率和药学服务水平,保证医院的可持续发展。Objective：To reform the existing inpatient dispensing system with process optimization and accomplish collaboration among the doctor,nurse and pharmacist.Methods：Analyze the current inpatient dispensing system,discusses the existing problems of current flow,locate the bottleneck that lead to the low efficiency of the current system,meanwhile establish rule base with usage of responsibility pattern chain to guarantee the robustness and maintainability of the inpatient dispensing system in spite of the changes of rules.Results：Implement the new inpatient dispensing system based on the new flow.Conclusion：With process optimization of the current inpatient dispensing system,we can form collaboration among the doctor,nurse and pharmacist,increase the efficiency of inpatient dispeusing work and pharmaceutical service level and ensure the sustainable development of hospital.
