摘  要:目的通过对社区居民实施复合式健康教育干预措施,评价社区居民肿瘤防治素养健康教育干预效果。方法随机抽取哈尔滨市两社区,对社区居民肿瘤防治知识进行基线调查。实施为期1年的肿瘤防治素养健康教育干预,干预后,以同样方式再次对主要效果评价指标进行调查。结果健康教育综合干预之后的调研结果显示,健康教育措施除了对除"是否愿意参加肿瘤普查"和"是否愿意改变不良生活习惯"两项行为改变效果不显著外,其余的肿瘤防治素养与干预前存在显著差异。结论对社区居民开展肿瘤防治素养健康教育综合干预,可增加其预防肿瘤的知识,建立良好的行为习惯和健康的生活方式,达到降低肿瘤发病率的目的。综合干预措施体系的建立是健康促进工作努力的方向。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education intervention on tumor prevention and control of community residents by implementing health education intervention measures. Methods Two communities of Harbin city were randomly selected,and the baseline survey was conducted for tumor prevention and treatment knowledge of community residents.Then the comprehensive intervention of tumor prevention and control knowledge education was carried out for one year. After the intervention,the main effect of the evaluation indexes was investigated in the same way. Results The tumor prevention and control knowledge awareness of residents had significant changes after intervention of health education,except for two itemsthat is "whether to participate in tumor screening"and "whether willing to change bad habits",which did not significantly changed compared with before. Conclusion Health education intervention for community residents can increase the knowledge of the prevention of cancer,establish a good behavior habits and healthy lifestyle,and achieve the purpose of reducing the incidence of cancer. The establishment of comprehensive intervention measures system is the direction of health promotion efforts.
