摘  要:为提高母芋的利用价值,利用多子芋和槟榔芋母芋作为试验材料、塑料桶作为容器、泥炭土作为基质,进行简单的芋芽栽培试验。试验结果表明,采用母芋去顶芽方式所生产的芋芽产量高于切块方式;槟榔芋芋芽的产量高于多子芋;3种类型多子芋所生产的芋芽数量、质量、单个芋芽质量由低到高的顺序为绿柄多子芋>乌绿柄多子芋>红紫柄多子芋;采收芋芽的时间可持续近2个月;一般情况下,多子芋单个母芋可生产芋芽0.35 kg,槟榔芋单个母芋可生产芋芽0.40 kg。For the purpose of improving the using value of parent taro [Colocasia esculenta (Linn.) Schott], we did experiment of taro sprout cultivation, using the parent taro with numerous cormels and areca taro as the experiment materials, the plastic bucket as the vessel and the peaty soil as the stromal. The results showed that, the yields of taro sprout which was produced by the mother corm whose tip bud was cut was higher than that of mother corm was cut into pieces. The sprout yields of areca taro was higher than that of taro with numerous cormels. The quantity, weight and single weight of taro sprout of these 3 types was green-petiole-taro〉purple-green-petiole-taro〉red-purple-petiole-taro with the order from low to high. The taro sprout harvest period could continue to nearly 2 months. Generally, each parent taro with numerous cormels could produce 0.35 kg taro sprout and Binglang taro could produce 0.40 kg taro sprout.
