摘 要:基于龙茭2号茎部不同发育阶段及不同部位相关保护酶活性变化,比较分析了茭白茎部发育过程中活性氧的变化。龙茭2号茎部横切面及纵切面的NBT染色观察发现:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)主要分布在茭白茎部维管束周围,发育早期茎部尖端染色较深。SOD和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性检测分析发现,龙茭2号3个不同部位中SOD及POD的活性变化趋势一致,发育早期和后期保护酶活性较高,中期活性较低。In this study, changes of reactive oxygen in different developmental stages of Z. latifolia stem had been analyzed, based on the changes of the protective enzymes between different developmental stages and different parts of Longjiao 2. NBT staining of Longjiao 2 was scanned from longitudinal section to transverse section, we found that superoxide dismutase(SOD) mainly distributed around the vascular bundles of Z. latifolia stem. It was more deeply stained in the stem's tip at early development. By detecting the activity of SOD and peroxidase(POD) in Z. latifolia, we found that the changing of SOD and POD activity in three different parts of Longjiao 2 change tends to be consistent, the activity was higher in early and late developmental stage, but lower in medium stage.
