摘　　要：分析了济宁市莲藕产业发展的优势,深入调研了济宁市莲藕产业的现状并分析了其中存在的问题,展望了产业发展前景,提出应从莲藕深加工体系、莲藕销售渠道、产业科技职称水平及休闲观光旅游方面着手大力发展当地莲藕产业。In this paper, the advantages of the lotus root industry in Jining were analyzed, the current situations and the problems existed in lotus industry in Jining were deeply researched, and the industry development prospects were prospected, developing local lotus roots industry from the lotus root deep processing system, sales channels, industry technology level and leisure tourism title were put forward.
