城市新区新型城市化发展模式探析

摘　　要：城市新区开发建设是城市化进程的主要内容之一,城市新区的城市化发展模式对城市问题的解决具有重要的借鉴意义。在归纳总结城市化发展模式的基础上,认为城市新区新型城市化发展模式能够破解城市化发展中的"城市病"及"土地财政"等难题,指出"大开大合"的开发理念、立体式开发模式、新型城市化道路、城市新区动态运营模式是城市新区促进新型城市化发展的有效途径。New urbanization is an effective means to solve urban problems and explore the city development patterns. It is the process of urbanization of which city new area development construction process itself. Based on the analysis of problems of economic zone development patterns with city illness and land finance disease, the author proposes the effective way to develop the new urbanization in new urban district include the develop- ment ideas of ＂large - scale cooperation＂ , vertical development way, and explore a new path of urbanization.
