摘 要:研究了青海省乱海子沼泽湿地土壤碳、氮沿水分梯度的分布特征及其土壤因子之间的相互关系.结果表明青海省乱海子沼泽湿地土壤w(全氮)、w(有机碳)、w(铵态氮)、w(硝态氮)、w(微生物量碳)平均值分别为(14.74±2.72)×10^(-3)、(190.10±28.84)×10^(-3)、(35.95±6.10)×10^(-6)、(58.43±25.09)×10^(-6)、(1.81±0.63)×10^(-3).土壤含水量显著地影响着土壤有机碳、铵态氮和微生物量碳的水平分布,而对土壤全氮和硝态氮的水平分布影响不显著.冻胀丘与冻胀丘底相比较,冻胀丘w(全氮)和w(硝态氮)高于冻胀丘底的.通过相关分析表明,有机碳与仝氮、铵态氮、微生物量碳有着密切的联系,土壤容重是影响土壤有机碳、铵态氮和微生物量碳水平分布的一个很重要的因素.A study was conducted of the distribution characteristics of soil carbon and nitrogen in Luanhaizi swamp wetland in Qinghai Province,and the relationships between soil fectors.The results showed that the average contents of total N,organic C,ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,microbial biomass carbon were about(14.74±2.72)×10^-3,(190.10±28.84)×10^-3,(35.95±6.10)×10^-6,(58.43±25.09)×10^-6,(1.81±0.63)×10^-3 respectively.Soil water content had significant effect on the distribution of soil organic C,the ammonia nitrogen and microbial biomass carbon in alpine swamp meadows.The total soil N and nitrate nitrogen were not significantly affected by soil moisture content.The total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen content in a pingo were higher than that in the bottom of a pingo.The correlation analysis showed that there was a close relationship between organic carbon and total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,microbial biomass carbon.Soil bulk density was an important factor affecting organic carbon,ammonium nitrogen,microbial biomass carbon horizontal distribution.
