摘  要:目的 了解肺炎衣原体(CP)的感染情况。方法 17 057例有急性呼吸道感染症状患者,采用酶联免疫法检测患者血清肺炎衣原体抗体CP-Ig M,分析不同季节及不同年龄、性别患者肺炎衣原体感染情况。结果 17 057例患者中,CP-Ig M阳性率为9.91%(1 691/17 057),女性患者阳性率(11.36%)高于男性(8.94%)(P〈0.05);不同年龄组之间CP-Ig M阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其中以〉12-22岁的阳性率最高(13.27%),其次为〉6-12岁(12.02%)、〉3-6岁(10.11%);不同季节CP-Ig M阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),春季CP-Ig M阳性率最高(13.16%),其次为冬季(11.48%),夏季阳性率最低(6.23%)。结论 女性CP感染率高于男性;各年龄段均可出现CP感染,但以儿童和青少年为主;CP感染存在季节性差异,以春季的感染率最高,夏季感染率最低。Objective To investigate Chlamydia pneumoniae( CP) infection. Methods Serum CP-Ig M was detected using euzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 17 057 patients with the symptoms of acute respiratory tract infection. The features of patients with CP infection of different gender,age and season were analyzed. Results Among the 17 057 patients,the total positive rate of CP-Ig M was9. 91%( 1 691 /17 057),and the positive rate in the female patients was higher than that in the male patients( 11. 36% vs. 8. 94%,P〈0. 05).There was a significant difference in the positive rate of CP-Ig M among groups of various ages( P〈0. 05). The highest positive rate was observed in the patients aged older than 12 to 22 years( 13. 27%),the second was in the patients aged older than 6 to 12 years( 12. 02%),and the third was in the patients aged older than 3 to 6 years( 10. 11%). There was a significant difference in the positive rate of CP-Ig M among groups of various seasons( P〈0. 05). The highest positive rate of CP-Ig M was found in spring( 13. 16%),the second was found in winter( 11. 48%),and the lowest was found in summer( 6. 23%). Conclusion The rate of CP infection is higher in the females compared with the males'. CP infection might occur in all aged group,however,it is common in children and teenagers. And a difference in CP infection is observed in seasons,and the infection rate is the highest in spring but is the lowest in summer.
