摘  要:目的观察维生素E联合维生素C辅助治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床效果。方法 HIE患儿90例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组48例,对照组42例。两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联合予口服维生素E及静脉滴注维生素C,均治疗2周。观察两组治疗前后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)水平及临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后SOD、GSH-Px水平明显升高,而MDA水平明显下降(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后上述指标无变化(P>0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为75.0%,对照组的总有效率为61.9%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维生素E联合维生素C辅助治疗HIE获得较好的临床效果,其治疗作用可能通过抗氧化途径实现。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of adjuvant therapy of vitamin E and vitamin C on newborn with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy( HIE). Methods Ninety newborns with HIE were divided into treatment group( n = 48) and control group( n = 42) by random number table. The two groups were given conventional therapy. Treatment group were administrated vitamin E orally and vitamin C intravenously based on the conventional therapy. The therapeutical duration was two weeks in both groups. Before and after treatment,the serum levels of superoxide dismutase( SOD),glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) and malondiadehyde( MDA) as well as the clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups. Results The serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px increased significantly while the serum level of MDA decreased significantly in the treatment group after treatment( P〈0. 05),but no changes in the levels of SOD,GSH-Px and MDA were observed in the control group after treatment( P〉0. 05). The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 75. 0% and61. 9%,respectively,and the efficacy of treatment group was superior to that of control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The adjuvant therapy of vitamin E and vitamin C obtains a good efficacy on HIE. And it might take effect by the way of antioxidantion.
