研究海滨综合疗养对改善老年高血压及左室舒张功能的临床有效性

摘　　要：目的研究海滨综合疗养因子对改善老年高血压及左室舒张功能的临床有效性。方法选取2011—2014年每年6—8月来南京军区鼓浪屿疗养院疗养的地方老干部为研究对象,男63例,女37例,平均疗养时间20 d,在高血压老年患者海滨综合疗养前后测量血压与左室舒张功能。结果海滨综合疗养后高血压老年患者血压明显低于疗养前,左室舒张功能舒张压与收缩压均明显下降,收缩压及舒张压出现明显差异。综合疗养后左室舒张二尖瓣血流表现E峰值显著提升,A峰值显著下降,A/E峰值明显增加,且前后表现均呈明显差异。结论海滨综合疗养对改善老年高血压并完善左室舒张功能临床有效性具有显著效果。Objective To study the clinical effects of the coast comprehensive recuperation factors to improve the old age hypertension and left ventricular diastolic function. Methods The local veteran cadres coming to Gulangyu Sanatorium of Nanjing PLA for recuperation from June to August during 2011 to 2014 were selected to the objects of study with 63 males and 37 females,and the average recuperation time were 20 days.Before and after the coastal comprehensive recuperation,their blood pressure and left ventricular diastolic function were measured. Results After the coastal comprehensive recuperation,the blood pressure of the senile patients with hypertension became lower than that before the recuperation,and the left ventricular diastolic function＇s diastolic blood pressure and systolic pressure both dramatically declined,and there were obvious differences between diastolic pressure and systolic pressure.After the comprehensive recuperation,the left ventricular diastolic bicuspid valve＇s manifestation peak E value significantly rose,peak A value significantly declined,peak A/E value significantly increased,and their manifestation showed significant diversity.Conclusion Coastal comprehensive recuperation can clearly improve the clinical efficacy of elderly hypertension and left ventricular diastolic function.
