摘　　要：目的分析护航舰艇官兵自我效能、社会支持与心理健康的关系。方法采用自我效能感量表、社会支持量表和症状自评量表对467名护航舰艇官兵进行测评。结果 1舰艇官兵SCL-90各因子分与军人常模比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),心理健康状况总体很好。2护航舰艇官兵自我效能、社会支持各维度与SCL-90除躯体化因子外的各因子呈显著负相关(P<0.05或0.01)。3自我效能、社会支持总分、主观支持和支持利用度对心理健康有正向预测作用(P<0.05或0.01),客观支持进入回归方程。结论护航舰艇官兵自我效能、社会支持与心理健康密切相关。Objective To analyze the relationship between self-efficiency,social support and mental health among officers and soldiers on convoy fleet. Methods General Self-Efficacy Scale（GSES）,Social Support Scale（SSS） and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） were adopted for psychological assessment of 467 officers and soldiers on convoy fleet. Results 1 Differences between SCL-90 factors of officers and soldiers on convoy fleet were of high statistical significance compared with those of military norm（ P 〈0.01）,and mental health state was generally good. 2 Self-efficacy and each dimension of social support were in significantly negative correlation with and SCL-90 factors except somatization（ P 〈0.05 or 0.01）. 3 Self-efficacy,total score of social support,subjective support and support utilization degree had forward prediction effect on mental health（ P 〈0.05 or 0.01）,and objective support entered the regression equation. Conclusion Self-efficacy and social support among officers and soldiers on convoy fleet are closely related with mental health.
