摘　　要：为解决某电厂600 MW机组湿法烟气脱硫系统经常出现的除雾器堵塞和失效问题,将两层平板式除雾器改造为一级管式加两级屋顶式除雾器,并详细介绍了改造方案、施工工期、工程造价和试验效果,改造后有效减少了吸收塔出口烟气的液滴含量,保证了机组和脱硫系统的安全运行。In order to solve the blocking and failure problems of the demister of wet flue gas desulfurization system of a 600 MW units,the two-layer flat plate type demister was reformed into one-stage tubular plus two-stage roof type demister. The reformation scheme,the construction period,the project cost and the test result were introduced in detail. After the reformation,the liquid drop content of the flue gas in absorption tower outlet was reduced effectively,and safe operation of the unit and desulphurization system was ensured.
