川渝地区坝坝舞的兴起对我国群众体育发展的启示

摘　　要：川渝地区开展的坝坝舞活动具有鲜明的特征和时代价值,坝坝舞的成功兴起促进了川渝地区群众体育的广泛开展。坝坝舞活动的开展表明,以人为本,重视群众的主体地位;转变职能,强化政府体育服务意识;开拓思维,减少物质条件过分依赖;依托社会,创造群众体育开展条件;营造氛围,增强民众体育参与意识,是我国群众体育快速、持续、健康发展的有益经验。The successful developments of Dam Dancing activities undertaken in Sichuan-Chongqing region, with distinct characteristics and value of times, have been promoting an extensive development of mass sports in Sichuan-Chongqing region. The Darn Dancing practice shows some beneficial experience for mass sports development in a rapid, sustainable and healthy way, such as policies of people-oriented and attention to the dominant position of masses, changing functions and strengthening the government＇ s sports service awareness, developing thinking and reducing the excessive reliance on material conditions, relying on society and creating the conditions to carry out mass sports ,as well as creating atmosphere and enhancing public awareness of sport participation, etc.
