摘　　要：《景岳全书》总结前人从火论治三消的理论及经验,提出三消之病,三焦受之,并从壮火、相火以论之,认为壮火上灼肺阴,中伤脾胃,下燥肾阴,发为三消;同时张氏认为三消之火亦有本于肾者,使三消从火论治的理论渐趋完善。治疗方面,上消从实热、虚热治之,中消从实火、虚火治之,下消之热多从虚热治之,并创玉女煎、秘元煎以为用,对后世消渴辨治产生重要影响。The Complete Works of ZHANG Jing-yue summarized the theories and experience of treating Sanxiao from the perspective of Fire and put forward the concept that Sanjiao suffers from Sanxiao diseases and the sthenic fire affects the lung yin and the spleen and stomach,the kidney yin.Meanwhile,he held that the fire of Sanxiao originated from the kidney.As for the treatment,the treating related to the upper Xiao mainly deals with the sthenic heat and asthenic heat,the treating related to the middle Xiao mainly deals with the sthenic fire and asthenic fire,and the treating related to the lower Xiao mainly deals with the asthenic heat.And he created Yunv Decoction and Miyuan Decoction.Therefore,the theory,treating method,formula and drugs are all provided in the book.
