摘　　要：党的十八大以来,各地在全面推进小康社会的建设中以文明城市建设为抓手,发挥城市精神文明建设的示范作用,全面推进现代化城市建设。本文提出在加强文明城市建设的过程中要以社会主义核心价值观引领城市精神文明建设问题。文章论述了以社会主义核心价值观引领城市精神文明建设的重要意义,重点阐述了以社会主义核心价值观引领城市精神文明建设的主要途径。Since the 18th CPC National Congress, through the progress of building a Well-Off Society in All-round Way, China emphasizes the demonstration effect of city spiritual civilization construction, which could be beneficial to well promote the overall modernization strategy. In this thesis, it pointed out the importance of socialist core values, which should play a leading role during the process of city civilization construction. Firstly, it discussed the important significance of socialist core values for city civilization construction; then, the thesis stressed on several main ways of socialist core values on how to lead the city civilization construction.
