摘 要:振动力量训练逐渐成为一种比较热门的肌肉力量训练方法,在国内外被广泛使用,上肢振动训练研究相对较少。现有研究表明,上肢振动训练过程中能有效激活上肢肌肉,增强上肢肌肉力量做功能力和力量,且短期效应明显。振动在上肢力量和爆发力方面的训练效果,与振动的特性与训练方案有关,现有研究中每次训练周数约为6-8周,每周训练3次,振动频率约为30Hz,振幅在3-6mm 左右,每次训练刺激5次,每次大多为30-60s,间隔1min。上肢振动力量训练是一个极有挑战性的研究领域,在上肢力量训练效果、专项训练手段、训练安排和训练评价上仍有需要许多问题亟待解决。Nowadays, the vibration exercise gradually be-come a popular strength training method around world. There is few researches focus on of upper-body vibration exercise. Existed literatures show that upper-body vibration exercise can effectively activate the muscles of upper body and enhance the muscle strength. The short-term effect of upper-body vibration exercise is obvious. The effects of up-per-body vibration exercise rely on the vibration character-istics and training schedule. Existed literatures implication that one exercise period includes 6-8 weeks,3 times per week,vibration frequency of approximately 30 Hz, ampli-tude is about 3-6mm,5 sets per time,intermittently 30-60s exposure and interval with 1 minute. upper-body vibra-tion exercise is a research field full of challenging. There are still a number of problems to be solved in a lot of prob-lems to be solved, especially including training methods, training arrangement and training evaluation.
