摘  要:目的:探讨分子印迹固相萃取一高效液相色谱法检测止咳平喘类中成药制剂中克伦特罗含量的效果。方法:选择止咳糖浆和祛痰平喘糖浆为样品,先进行分子印迹固相萃取,然后进行高效液相色谱法检测克伦特罗的含量。结果:克伦特罗在0.40~40.00μg·mL-范围内具有良好的线性,方程为y=15.85x-2.6207,r=0.9999。色谱结果表明目标物与杂质得到了很好的分离,样品中克伦特罗加标回收率在96.0%以上、相对标准误差小于10.3,样品中克伦特罗含量明显小于药物中克伦特罗最大残留限量的规定。结论:分子印迹固相萃取一高效液相色谱法检测止咳平喘类中成药制剂中克伦特罗含量处理方法简便快速,回收率高.结果准确可靠.值得推广应用。Objective: To investigate the clenbuterol content analysis effects in the cough and asthma medicine preparation classes by the molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Asthma cough syrup and expectorant syrup samples were selected, first molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction, and followed by igh perfor- mance liquid chromatography detection of clenbuterol. Results: The clenbuterol were good linearity equation within the scope of 0.40-40.00 Ixg'mL-' and the y=15.85x-2.6207, r=0.9999. Chromatographic results indicated that the object and better separation of impurities, and the sample clenbuterol recoveries were over 96.0% and the relative standard deviation were less than 10.3, the clenbuterol content in the samples were significantly less than the drug clenbuterol MRLs requirements. Conclusion: Molecu- lar Imprinted Solid Phase Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography for clenbuterol content analysis in the cough and asthma medicine preparation classes is simple, rapid, high recovery, accurate and reliable that should be widely applied,
