HPLC法测定西黄胶囊中胆红素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立测定西黄胶囊中胆红素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Fortis C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸(88:12)为流动相,流速:1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长:450 nm。结果:胆红素在0.011-0.220 mg/m L浓度范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为96.9%,RSD%=1.23%。结论:本方法简便,快速,准确,重复性好,可用于西黄胶囊中胆红素的含量测定。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Bilirubin in Xihuang Capsule. Methods： The HPLC system consisted of the Fortis-C18 column（4.6mm×250 mm, 5μm）; the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile（18）-0.05% H3PO4 （88：12）; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the column temperature was 30 ℃; The UV detector was set at 450 nm. Results： The linear response range was O.Oll-0.220mg/mL（r=0.9999）. The average recovery of Bilirubin was 96.9%, and RSD=1.23%. Conclusions： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of Bilirubin in Xihuang Capsule.
