2011-2013年我院心脑血管中药注射剂应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解医院2011-2013年心脑血管中药注射剂使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对医院2011-2013年心脑血管中药注射剂的品种、用药金额、用药频度和日均费用等进行统计分析。结果:医院2011-2013年心脑血管中药注射剂用药金额、用药频度逐年增加;用药金额与用药总金额构成比逐年下降。3年中,醒脑静注射液、丹红注射液用药金额排序居前3位;舒血宁注射液2012、2013年用药金额、用药频度均列前2位。结论:心脑血管中药注射剂在临床治疗中应用广泛,应严格按照说明书及《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》合理使用,降低不良反应。Objective： To evaluate the status of cardiovascular traditional Chinese medicine injection used in a hospital, in order to provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods： The utilization of cardiovascular traditional Chinese medicine injection in a hospital from 2011 to 2013 was analyzed statistically in respects of drug varieties, consumption sum, DDDS and DDC, etc. Results： The consumption sum and DDDS of cardiovascular traditional Chinese medicine injection increased year by year. The percentages Of Consumption sum of cardiovascular traditional Chinese medicine injection in the total consumption sum were descended year by year. Xingnaojing injection （醒脑静注射液） and Danhong injection （丹红注射液） dominated the first 3 places of sequence of consumption sum in the past 3 years. Shuxuening injection （舒血宁注射液） occupied the top 2 of con- sumption sum and DDDS duing 2012-2013. Conclusion： Chinese medicine of cardiovascular application for the clinical is based on an injection. Medical personnel should use the drug rationally, strictly according to the drug package inserts and the Basic Principle of Clinical Use of TCM Injections, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
