温阳通便颗粒治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳通便颗粒治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将60例脾肾阳虚型便秘患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组口服温阳通便颗粒,对照组口服琥珀酸普芦卡必利,疗程均为4周,分析两组患者治疗前后慢性便秘主要症状评分、中医症状评分、便秘患者生活质量评分变化,并统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%;对照组总有效率为60.0%。治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后慢性便秘主要症状评分、中医相关症状评分及便秘生活质量评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳通便颗粒治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Tongbiam Granules on spleen-kidney type constipation. Methods： The 60 cases of patients with spleen-kidney deficiency type constipation were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 30 in each. Patients took Wenyang Tongbiam Granules in treatment group and Prucalopride tablets in control group, for 4 weeks. The change of chronic constipation severity scale, TCM symptoms scale and life quality questionnaire scale were calculated. And the clinical efficacy was analyzed. Results： The total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 60.0% in control group, and the treatment group showed higher effective rate than the control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed lower chronic constipation severity scale, TCM symptoms scale and life quality questionnaire scale than the con- trol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wenyang Tongbiam Granules showed good efficacy on spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type con- stipation.
