摘 要:以我国近年来育成或引进的来自黄河流域、长江流域、西北内陆和北部特早熟四大棉区的172份陆地棉骨干品种(系)为材料,在河南新乡和新疆石河子两个不同的生态环境下,对棉花早熟性与皮棉产量进行了变异、相关、通径和回归分析.结果表明:两环境下各性状变异系数由大到小均依次为皮棉产量、始节高度、果枝始节、苗期、蕾期、花铃期、生育期;各早熟性状间的相关在两环境中基本一致,但各早熟性状与皮棉产量的相关在两环境下差别较大;对皮棉产量直接通径系数最大的早熟性状在新乡是果枝始节,在石河子是始节高度;回归分析进一步明确了在新乡可以通过降低蕾期、提高果枝始节促进皮棉产量,在石河子可以通过降低花铃期、提高始节高度促进皮棉产量.研究结果为早熟、高产棉花的生态穿梭育种提供了理论依据.A total of 172 backbone cotton varieties(lines) bred or introduced in recent years from Yellow River basin,Yangtze River basin,Northwestern China and Northern China were selected as experimental materials.Analyses of variation,correlation,path and regression for cotton earliness and lint yield were generated in two different ecological environments,Xinxiang,Henan and Shihezi,Xinjiang.The results were as follows:In two environments,variation coefficient from high to low were always lint yield,height of first fruiting branch node,first fruiting branch node,seedling period,bud period,flower and boll period,growth period;In two environments,the correlation between earliness characteristics was basically consistent,however,the correlation between each earliness characteristics and lint yield displayed great difference.The earliness characteristics with the largest direct path coefficient to lint yield was first fruiting branch node in Xinxiang,and height of first fruiting branch node in Shihezi.Regression analysis further clarified that we can promote lint yield though reducing bud period and increasing first fruiting branch node in Xinxiang,and reducing flower and boll period and increasing height of first fruiting branch node in Shihezi.The results provided some theory reference for the shuttle breeding of earliness and high-yielding cotton.
