摘 要:为探讨长残效除草剂氟磺胺草醚对后茬作物小麦生理指标的影响,采用大田试验,测定不同施药剂量下小麦的株高、叶绿素与丙二醛含量、抗氧化酶活性的变化.结果表明:与对照相比,氟磺胺草醚抑制了小麦的株高,降低了叶绿素含量,增加了丙二醛含量;使抗氧化酶SOD、CAT活性降低,POD活性升高.说明氟磺胺草醚土壤残留会对后茬作物小麦的生长产生明显影响,生产中应注意严格控制氟磺胺草醚的使用剂量和安全间隔期.In order to study the effects of long residual herbicide fomesafen on the physiological indices of succeeding crop wheat,the plant height,chlorophyll and malondialdehyde(MDA) content,antioxidant enzymes activity changes of wheat under different concentrations of fomesafen were tested by field experiment.The results showed that:compared with CK,the fomesafen residual in the field inhibit plant height,reduced the content of chlorophyll,increased the content of MDA,and changed the activity of antioxidant enzymes that SOD and CAT were decreased and POD was increased.Fomesafen residues in soil have significantly negative effects on succeeding crop wheat.It is necessary to strictly control the dosage of fomesafen and the safety period.
