HPLC法测定脑心通胶囊中原儿茶醛的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立测定脑心通胶囊中原儿茶醛含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC，色谱柱为Linksil—ODS色谱柱（5μm，4．6×250mm）；流动相为乙腈-1％的冰醋酸（30：70）；流速为0．8mL·min-1；检测波长为280nm；柱温围30℃，进样量20μL。结果：原儿茶醛在线性范围为5～100μg·mL-1，线性关系良好，相关系数为0．9993。平均回收率在98．12％（n=5），日问精密度为1．36％。结论：该方法准确性好，重现性好，快速准确，可用于脑心通胶囊中原儿茶醛的含量测定以及脑心通胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of protocatechu aldehyde in NaoXinTong capsule. Methods： Chromatographic column was Linksil-ODS （5 μm,4.6×250 mm） at the gradient elution mode with the now rate of 0.8 mL·min-l,mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （70：30）,including 1% acetic acid.The detection wavelength was 280 nm, column temperature was 30℃ and injection volume was 20 μL. Results： The line range was 5～100μ gμmL-1 and standard curve showed good linear regression in test ranges （r=0.9993）. And the main recovery were in the range of 98.12% with RSD 1.36 % （n=5）. Conclusion： The method is acute,rapid and has good reproducibility for protocatechu aldehyde in NaoXinTong capsule. It can be used to control the quality of protocatechu aldehyde in NaoXinTong capsule.
