摘 要:机载雷达的设计不仅要满足刚强度要求,而且要满足轻量化要求。文中采用拓扑优化方法对某机载雷达天线座结构进行了优化设计,以体积最小化为设计目标,单元密度为设计变量,节点位移限制为约束条件。将优化后的方案与最初设计方案进行对比发现,在结构重量减轻的同时,结构的刚强度得到了明显的提高。这也表明,拓扑优化方法非常适合于机载雷达特别是天线座的结构设计。The design of airborne radar should meet the strength and lightweight requirements. In this paper,an antenna pedestal of airborne radar is optimized based on topology optimization method,with the volume minimization as design aim,the unit density as design variable and the node displacement limit as constraint.Comparing the optimized design with original one shows that the weight of the structure is reduced and at the same time the rigidity of the structure is obviously improved. This also shows that the topology optimization method is very suitable for the structure design of airborne radar especially the antenna pedestal.
