中西部地区城镇化发展机制分析——以信阳为例

摘　　要：根据信阳市1996-2013年的相关数据,采用灰色关联分析和比较分析等方法对区域城镇化发展过程进行分析探讨,探索区域城镇化发展的特征、水平和演化机制。结果表明:长期来看,信阳城镇化发展快速过程中,"自上而下"作用机制转变为以乡镇为载体的"自下而上"推力;第三产业所引起的产业结构的变化,是区域城镇化发展中稳定的动力因素;弱质的工业化延缓了区域的城镇化;薄弱的社会经济基础是区域城镇化落后的根本原因。According to the related data of Xinyang city 1996-2013 years, by using the grey correlation analysis and comparative analysis and other methods of regional urbanization development process are discussed, and it explores the characteristics of regional urbanization level of development and evolution mechanism. The results show that： in the long run, the regional urbanization has got rapid development, in the process of ＂from top＂ mechanism for change in the township as the carrier of the ＂from below＂ thrust; It changes in the industrial structure of the third industry caused by the power factor, stable region in the development of urbanization and industrialization; it delayed weak the regional urbanization; the social economy weak foundation is the root cause of urbanization region.
